Our Mission:
Is to help disabled adults obtain their Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits.
No Charge:
There is no charge or cost to you unless we are successful in getting your SSD benefits started.
How To Qualify:
You should be entitled to SSD benefits if you:
a) are unable to work for 12 months or longer due to
b) Physical or mental injuries, accidents, or conditions.
File Your Claim with Social Security Administration:
First, the Social Security Administration must have DENIED your initial claim for SSD benefits.
We Will File Your Appeal:
Once your initial claim has been denied by the Social Security Administration, we will file your Appeal.
Our Fees:
You will not be charged anything, unless we are successful in getting your SSD benefits started. If we are successful, the federal law sets our fees at 25% of the accrued SSD benefits, or $6000 , which ever is the greater.
In other words, you have nothing to loose. If we can’t help you, you owe us nothing. If we are successful, the fees are set by federal law.
