How To Qualify:

b) Physical or mental injuries, accidents, or conditions.
File Your Claim with Social Security Administration:

We Will File Your Appeal:
Once your initial claim has been denied by the Social Security Administration, we will file your Appeal.
You will not be charged anything, unless we are successful in getting your SSD benefits started. If we are successful, the federal law sets our fees at 25% of the accrued SSD benefits, or $6000 , which ever is the greater.
In other words, you have nothing to loose. If we can't help you, you owe us nothing. If we are successful, the fees are set by federal law.
